Company History: Growing with Dedication
Over a decade ago, we started our laundry journey in a simple workshop, driven by the mission to "make every fabric spotlessly clean". With just a few team members and two second-hand machines, we began by washing tablecloths and towels for local restaurants. Early challenges, like tackling tough oil stains with a homemade neutral detergent, taught us that professionalism is key to survival.
We expanded steadily, moving from catering linens to serving hotels, hospitals, and enterprises. Milestones followed: a semi-automated production line in 2015 boosted efficiency by 30% with 98% qualification rates; ISO9001 certification in 2018; and a smart central laundry plant in 2022, enabling full digital management. Today, we’ve served over 500 clients, standing firm on consistent quality.
R&D Journey: Innovating to Solve Problems
R&D has been our cornerstone from the start. In 2016, we formed a team to address hotel linens’ yellowing and hardening. After 8 months and 100+ tests, we created a "low-temperature color-protecting process" that extended linen life by 20%.
In 2019, we invested 2 million yuan in a lab to develop eco-friendly detergents. By 2020, we succeeded with plant-based formulas using citrus extracts, meeting national environmental protection standards and cutting costs by 15%.
2023 saw us partner with universities to build a 500+ fabric database, developing an "intelligent fabric recognition system". It uses spectral analysis to auto-adjust washing parameters, solving errors from manual sorting.
